How to Get Started With Customized and On-Demand Workforce Training

Schedule an in-person or virtual meeting with our CWD staff. During our consultation, we will work with your company to identify specific training pathways that best suit your team and business needs. You can email or call 505-566-3214.

Request Information 

Following your initial meeting, the CWD team will send you a needs assessment survey for you to complete. The assessment provides us with additional information to create a tailored training program for your organization. 

The CWD team will analyze the data gained from our meeting and the needs assessment. We will compare your responses to national, state, and local data, such as from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Based on the results, we will share a customized training program with you. We’ll also help you generate a program with a schedule that seamlessly integrates into your daily operations.

The CWD will provide the training program for your business and help run the classes. Once they have completed the courses, your employees will receive relevant credentials and certificates of completion.
