Discover the timeless art of canning with our "Canning by the Seasons" class, designed to take you through the vibrant harvests of summer and fall. This hands-on course will guide you through the essentials of preserving fresh produce and game meat, ensuring you can savor the flavors of the seasons all year long.

Participants will learn:

  • Summer Harvest Canning: Techniques for preserving a variety of fruits and vegetables at their peak freshness, from berries and tomatoes to green beans and corn.
