A sexual assault was reported on or near the walking trails north of Nizhoni Sunrise Suites during the late evening of Aug. 21/early morning of Aug. 22. Suspect is at large: Native American male, approx. 6’, medium build, black hair, brown eyes, blue T-shirt, gray shorts, green backpack. Do not approach. Call 911 or San Juan County Dispatch at 505.334.6622. San Juan College is working closely with law enforcement as the matter is investigated.
