At SJC, we offer two marketing certificate programs to fit your needs. Our fully online Marketing Certificate can be finished in as little as two semesters and gives you a solid foundation in business and marketing concepts. You'll learn new media marketing techniques:

You can transfer the credits from this certificate to the Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Marketing at SJC.

The Digital Media Marketing Certificate focuses on the design elements of social media marketing and digital media. You can complete this certificate on campus in three semesters. You'll study photoshop and video editing and practice making your own campaigns. You can transfer the credits from this certificate to the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Administration at SJC.

To be a successful marketing professional today, you need new media skills. SJC's marketing certificates will teach you effective strategies for digital, website, and social media marketing. What You'll Learn With a Marketing Certificate

Marketing Certificate

Establish a foundation in marketing concepts and build digital and new media skills through a marketing certificate from San Juan College. You'll study topics such as:

• Introductory business principles
• Marketing and digital marketing principles

This program can, in most cases, be finished in one year and is taken entirely online. You will complete the courses in four eight-week sessions, with two sessions in the fall semester and two sessions in the spring semester. The certificate courses are fully transferable to the Marketing AA.

Marketing Certificate Curriculum

Digital Media Marketing Certificate

This certificate program focuses on marketing design elements, including graphic design and video editing. You will learn how to use various digital media design tools and study business concepts.

Your courses will cover the following:

The Digital Media Marketing Certificate can be earned in multiple semesters and is only offered on campus. The certificate courses are fully transferable to the Business Administration AAS.
