Her leadership extends beyond the classroom, influencing academics, athletics, service initiatives and campus leadership opportunities.

A Humble Response to a Prestigious Honor

Despite her many accomplishments, Dr. Krob accepted the award with humility and gratitude.

"I was completely surprised, and it took me a moment to gather my bearings and get up on stage," Krob said. "This is such an immense honor; it is hard to capture my thoughts and feelings in words."

She emphasized that the recognition ultimately reflects her commitment to students and the meaningful relationships she has built throughout her career.

"Perhaps most special was receiving congratulatory hugs and messages from my students, because it really is all about them and trying to offer meaningful learning experiences, encouragement and leadership by example," she said.
